Hospitalization Policy

We understand how worrisome it can be to have to leave your pet with us for emergency care. That’s why we gladly welcome your visits while your pet is hospitalized in our facility, if our caseload isn’t high. Please call prior to your visit. You are also welcome to call us at any time to check your pet’s progress or ask any questions. Part of our goal is to make you as comfortable and informed as possible while your pet is in our care. We will notify you if your pet’s condition worsens, to request permission to perform additional tests, or to give different treatments that were discussed on the treatment plan. Our vets and nurses are committed to providing your pet with high-quality veterinary health care, and we consider it an honor and privilege to serve your pet and you.
